VLC player is opening every folder

VLC player is opening every folder Issue I am using windows XP and everytime I try to open up a folder or file,I'm prompted to open them with VLC. I have tried Combofix but it won't accept registration ? Solution Click on Start ---> Run --->type regedt32 and click on OK. Registry editor will be opened. Navigate to this location.
