We always prefer to configure the details in our system the way the way we like. When we can change the desktop background, screensaver, icons and all other details then why should we not configure the further details according to us. OEM Configurer is a small freeware of 1.60 MB only. The freeware is portable so you have to just download it and can use it. Similarly you can make the changes for Windows XP also. The tool has different tabs for Windows XP and another for Windows 7 and Vista (combine). I found the tool to be very user friendly. You don’t have to select the changes are to be done in which operating system. It will be automatically suggested by the utility. So, you can enjoy the utility without any problems. What you have to do is just download the freeware from the developer’s page and make the necessary changes.
