If you are using a jailbroken iphone you might have experienced the situation when you may have installed some app via Installous but the app icon does not appear on iphone homescreen springboard, This issue gets fixed automatically sometimes when you restart your iphone and then app icon start appearing on the homescreen.



But some times even after restarting the iphone does not fix the issue, so for all those who still cant see the app icon on any of iphone homescreen anyhow can try a little trick which I have tried many times and it works perfectly fine, but in that case you will need to remember the app name to launch it the trick involves to search the app using iphone search as you can see in the image below. In my case there was a paid app I download via installous which does not appear as app icon on the springboard so I tried launch it using iphone default search.

Note: To Search on iphone just double click the home button or slide the first home screen on iphone towards right.
