Can not open/send message in Facebook Issue Solution Issue I'm unable to open or send message on Facebook, what can be done? Solution Under Firefox: 1:- TOOLS> OPTIONS> PRIVACY tab then Clear your recent history, Remove your all cookies click on CONTENT tab inside the OPTIONS check BLOCK POP-UP WINDOWS then click Exceptions button next to this option remove facebook if listed
